Before Photos

This lakeside home had water damage, drainage issues and a lack functional space that made this project a must. The original pool deck of concrete, stone steppers, and deck boards made this space feel disjointed.

Rendering Photos

Expanding the upper deck and removing non-structural columns creates a smooth transition from sun to covered area. Fewer materials and clean lines set the base for this design to turn into reality.
